Where to ask for help

Xudbin is a young, independent project and support runs through GitHub. Here is where to write in each case.

Found a bug or want to know how to do something? Open an issue on GitHub.

Don't report vulnerabilities as public issues; report them privately as described in the security policy.

Want a custom website or app built for you, outside the panel? Fill in the quote form.

If a deploy failed, open the app's General tab and press Deploy Doctor > Diagnose; known errors are explained and most are fixed in one click.
On the server, xudbin status shows panel, app and database status, and xudbin logs shows the panel logs.

Panel version and server OS (e.g. Xudbin 1.3.2, Ubuntu 24.04).
What you did, what you expected and what happened.
The relevant log: deploy log, xudbin logs output or the Deploy Doctor message.
Remove passwords, tokens and keys from logs before sharing.

The panel is MIT-licensed. You can open pull requests on GitHub for bug fixes, translations and docs.
