The data controller is Furkan Özkul (a natural person). Xudbin is an independent project run by Furkan Özkul.

What we process
Quote form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project type, approximate budget, project description, page language and submission date.
Technical logs: when you visit, the server writes your IP address, browser details, the requested page, the referring page and the time to its access log.
Visit statistics: anonymous, aggregate statistics on how many people use the site and how (page views, unique visitors, referrers, country, device and browser type) are derived from the access logs. To count unique visitors, the IP address and browser details are irreversibly hashed with a secret key that is renewed daily and deleted the next day; IP addresses are not stored in the statistics, no cookies are used and nobody can be followed across days.
Abuse prevention: when you submit the form, your IP address is kept for at most 1 hour to count requests from the same address.
There are no ads, social media or third-party tracking codes on this site; no visitor profiles are built and data is never used for advertising.
Why
- To review your quote request, get back to you and prepare a proposal.
- To protect the site and the form against spam and abuse, and to investigate security incidents.
- To understand and improve how the site is used through anonymous, aggregate visit statistics.
Legal basis
- Quote form data: directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- Technical logs, visit statistics and abuse prevention: the controller's legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
How it is collected
Electronically: through the quote form you fill in, and automatically by the server when you visit the site.
Who receives it
Data is never sold or shared for marketing. It is only passed to providers needed to run the service:
- Hosting provider: the provider of the server running the site and its database.
- Email provider: new quote notifications are sent by email. This provider's servers may be outside Türkiye; the transfer is made under KVKK Art. 9.
Data may be shared with competent public authorities where legally required.
How long we keep it
- Quote form records are kept for 1 year from submission and then deleted automatically.
- If we reach an agreement, contract-related data is kept for the term of the contract and for the periods required by law.
- The IP counter used for abuse prevention is deleted after at most 1 hour.
- Server access logs rotate in 20 MB files; at most 4 files are kept and no entry is kept longer than 90 days.
- Daily hashes in the visit statistics are deleted after 2 days; the remaining anonymous daily totals (e.g. "120 visitors that day") are kept for 400 days.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if so,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- Request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, and notification of these to third parties,
- Object to an outcome against you resulting solely from automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to apply
Write to the channels on the contact page. So we can verify you, include your name and the email address you used in the form. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
